How long will it take for the labels to arrive? Orders are normally despatched by fast post within 24 hours so you can expect to receive your order within 2 days of placing the order. In the event of a more urgent timeframe, we can provide pick-up or deliver the order personally (in the Auckland area); really whatever it takes. What size do the rolls come in? Two sizes are available. The smaller rolls all have 1,000 labels and come in dispenser boxes for manual handling. These are generally referred to as "dispenser rolls". Larger rolls are available and these have either 4,000 or 5,000 labels depending on the brand of company. We refer to these as "production rolls" and they are intended for machine application. The central core of these production rolls is 76mm in diameter. What orientation do the production rolls come in? The rolls normally come in an orientation of 4 as indicated below. However, they can come in any orientation required so if your machine has a particular requirement, please let us know.  How do I pay for the orders? Orders are invoiced and the invoice delivered with the order. It is expected that payment will be received within 20 working days. Follow-up debtors statements are sent at the end of each month for any accounts which, for whatever reason, remain unpaid. Any other queries?
