Company Background Kay Morganty (trading as Wine Award Labels NZ) started supplying wine award labels to New Zealand wineries back in 2004. The initial company we supplied labels for was Winestate Magazine (based in Australia). Current Position We supply award labels based on wines reviewed on Michael Cooper's Buyer's Guide website. Michael Cooper is one of the most recognised and respected wine critics in New Zealand and his recommendations are valued by consumers and wineries alike. We also supply award labels for wines featured in Raymond Chan's wine reviews website. Based in Wellington, Raymond was a highly respected legend in the New Zealand wine scene with over three decades of wine judging, retailing and writing experience. Since Raymond's untimely passing in 2019, his work has now been continued by sommelier Candice Chow under the Raymond Chan brand. We now also supply award labels for wines featured by Candice on her recently launched Candice Wine Chat website. Placing Orders The sole purpose of this web-site is to simplify the process (of placing an order) and to ensure that delivery is quick, efficient and timely. Our expectation is that wineries will prefer to place orders directly through the web-site. However, for some, it may still be easier to print an order form, complete the form and then text, deliver or mail the form to us. All options are available, and you can dictate how you wish to place your orders. If volumes justify the costs involved, or enough customers express a need for it, we can activate this facility.
